Endocrinologist by training, longevity enthusiast by choice.
Born and raised in the beautiful, historic city of Kraków, Poland — a place I still carry in my heart with its cobblestone streets and timeless charm. I've always been drawn to how the body works in harmony. During medical school at Jagiellonian University, I found myself captivated by the elegant complexity of physiology and those intricate hormonal loops that quietly orchestrate so much of our energy, mood, and vitality. I also discovered early on how good nutrition, regular movement, and listening to my body made me feel truly alive — a feeling I've never wanted to lose.
My training took me across the Atlantic: first internal medicine residency at University of Connecticut, then endocrinology fellowship at OHSU, where the stunning Pacific Northwest trails became my new playground. Those years only deepened my conviction that endocrinology is the most fascinating field in medicine — it's the ultimate intersection of science, prevention, and real quality of life. I'm passionate about getting to the root causes, prioritizing lifestyle as the powerful first-line tool before reaching for medications, and always grounding my approach in solid evidence rather than passing trends.
This blog is my old-school way of sharing what I've learned — practical insights to help you optimize hormones, build sustainable habits, and live longer, stronger, and happier.
